2019 got off to a great start with our first meeting of the new year! Some great show and share from our members, including an adorable and touching baby quilt that remembers a firefighter Grandpa, a bag entered into a Moda challenge and Mario's mini that was included in the Curated Quilts Magazine. Congrats Mario! Mario also explained the challenge for the Eastern LI Quilt Guild show. Remember, entries will be voted on in the May meeting, Hoping to see lots of great interpretations of the beauty of Long Island! We unfortunately had to some technical difficulties, so Kim Soper's lecture will be rescheduled for a later date. The last part of the meeting was the swap for our Fabric Swap Challenge. I can't wait to see what the groups of fabrics become!

Just wanted to know what the dimensions for the Fabric Swap Challenge mini quilt need to be... I know it as mentioned...but I forgot to write it down.😞
